Are you interested in exploring the intersection of Finance, Business and Generative AI? Do you want to contribute to innovative projects and help teams discover new ways of working with technologies such as Microsoft Copilot and other GenAI tools? 

Join the department and support the development and adoption of innovative AI solutions within Finance, in collaboration with Finance, IT and other business stakeholders. 

Your impact on a daily basis 

• You support the coordination and organisation of Pioneer Club activities and meetings.

• You identify, test and document Finance-related GenAI use cases using Copilot and other AI tools.

• You contribute to creating training materials, guides and best practices to support GenAI adoption.

• You monitor GenAI trends and suggest new opportunities for Finance.

• You maintain the knowledge repository, including prompts, use cases and lessons learned.

• You collaborate with Finance, IT and business stakeholders to support the development of GenAI initiatives.

• You help analyse the impact and potential benefits of GenAI solutions and share your findings with stakeholders.

• You contribute to promoting a culture of innovation and responsible use of GenAI within Finance.

Does this sound like you? 

• You are currently enrolled in a master's degree, or in your final year of a bachelor's degree with a strong profile, in Business, Economics, Finance, Business Analytics, Data, Information Management, IT or Digital Business.  

• You have a strong interest in Generative AI, digital transformation and process improvement.  

• A previous internship or project experience in Finance, Consulting, Data or IT is a plus.  

• You are fluent in English. French and/or Dutch is a strong advantage.  

• You are analytical, structured, proactive, curious and eager to learn about new technologies.  

• You have strong communication skills and can explain concepts clearly.  

• You are comfortable working in an international and cross-functional environment.  

• You are self-driven, well-organised and able to work independently.  

• You are proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.  

• Experience with Copilot, ChatGPT or other GenAI tools is a plus.  

• An interest in data tools such as Power BI or Excel automation is an advantage.
