In this role, you shape how we connect with our guests and support our contact center teams every day. As Product Owner for our Customer Contact Center tools and journeys, you turn business needs into impactful digital solutions that improve both customer experience and operational performance across the PVCP Group.
The Product Owner acts as a key interface between business teams (call center, customer service, marketing, operations) and IT / Data teams / external vendors, following an agile and value-driven approach.
Your Daily Impact
- You define and own the product vision for customer contact center tools and journeys, translating business objectives into a clear and value-driven roadmap
- You work closely with call center, customer service, marketing, operations, IT, data teams, and external vendors to turn business needs into well-prioritized user stories
- You manage and prioritize the product backlog, facilitate agile ceremonies, and ensure focus on customer impact, business value, and technical feasibility
- You coordinate delivery and validate solutions through functional testing, ensuring quality, consistency, and successful adoption across teams
- You continuously identify opportunities to improve customer experience and operational performance across telephony, CRM, omnichannel, self-service, and AI-driven solutions
Profile
Does This Sound Like You?
- You bring solid experience in Product Ownership or Product Management, with a strong understanding of customer contact centers and CRM environments
- You feel confident working in agile setups, writing clear user stories, prioritizing effectively, and explaining complex topics in a simple, structured way
- You combine a strong customer-service mindset with analytical thinking, stakeholder management skills, and fluency in French and English (German or Dutch is a plus)
