Mission

At Center Parcs Europe, we believe in the power of togetherness and in creating meaningful moments for our guests and each other. We build spaces where people feel at home, breathe deeply, and reconnect with what matters most. That same spirit shapes our culture: collaborative, open, and full of growth opportunities. Whether in our parks or at our headquarters, we’re growing, becoming more digital, more authentic and more sustainable – and we’re looking for people who want to grow with us – in a culture where your ideas count, your work matters, and no two days are the same.

As our Buyer Carbon- & Energy Transition, Technical Lots, you take the lead in shaping how we source and manage the technologies and partners that drive our sustainability journey. You work across countries, connecting teams, suppliers, and experts to turn our sustainability ambitions into tangible results — from reducing carbon impact to building smarter, greener operations.

  • You manage strategic supplier relationships, driving collaboration, innovation, and performance while ensuring fair and responsible partnerships.
  • You negotiate and oversee contracts for technical systems — from HVAC and plumbing to fire safety and electrical infrastructure — ensuring value, safety, and long-term impact.
  • You track and optimize procurement performance, balancing cost efficiency, sustainability goals, and business needs in close partnership with Finance, Legal, and Sustainability teams.
  • You drive continuous improvement, ensuring our sourcing practices support our sustainability roadmap — from reducing ecological footprints to promoting inclusion and responsibility.
