Taken

At Center Parcs Europe, we believe in the power of togetherness and in creating meaningful moments for our guests and each other. We build spaces where people feel at home, breathe deeply, and reconnect with what matters most. That same spirit shapes our culture: collaborative, open, and full of growth opportunities. Whether in our parks or at our headquarters, we’re growing, becoming more digital, more authentic and more sustainable – and we’re looking for people who want to grow with us – in a culture where your ideas count, your work matters, and no two days are the same.

As ESG Coordinator, you will play a central role in helping Center Parcs Europe strengthen its environmental and sustainability performance. Acting as a bridge between our parks and central teams, you will help ensure that environmental data is reliable, consistent, and ready to support both operational decisions and regulatory requirements. This is a unique opportunity to combine analytical work with hands-on collaboration, supporting colleagues across Europe while contributing to our long-term sustainability ambitions.

Your Daily Impact

  • You coordinate the collection, validation, and consolidation of environmental data across our parks, helping ensure the accuracy and consistency of information related to energy, water, waste, emissions, and biodiversity.
  • You support the governance of environmental reporting by working closely with parks, Technical Operations, Finance, and ESG stakeholders to establish clear processes, responsibilities, and reporting standards.
  • You contribute to regulatory compliance and audit readiness by supporting reporting obligations such as CSRD, Décret Tertiaire, EML requirements, ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 standards, and other sustainability certifications and environmental frameworks.
  • You act as a trusted partner for park teams, helping them understand reporting requirements, improve local data quality, strengthen environmental processes, and develop meaningful action plans that support business and sustainability objectives.
  • You drive continuity and continuous improvement by documenting processes, sharing best practices, supporting onboarding and knowledge transfer, and helping create scalable ESG processes that reduce dependency on individual expertise.
