As a Project Buyer, you play a key role in shaping our construction, renovation and maintenance projects across Europe. You manage sourcing strategies, build strong supplier partnerships, and ensure sustainable and competitive procurement solutions that support the long-term success of our parks.
Your Daily Impact
You manage the full tactical sourcing process for construction, renovation, maintenance and FF&E projects — from consolidating business requirements to contract finalization in collaboration with internal stakeholders and Legal.
You lead tender processes, conduct negotiations, and ensure contracts align with budget, planning, sustainability objectives and Group procurement standards.
You develop and manage a strong supplier base, monitor performance (quality, service, logistics, financials, CSR), and drive continuous improvement and innovation.
You ensure procurement performance by identifying cost and cash optimization opportunities, anticipating risks (including business continuity), and implementing corrective actions when needed.
You collaborate closely with project teams, construction managers and regional stakeholders across France and Germany, ensuring alignment and strong communication throughout project lifecycles.
Profiel
Does This Sound Like You?
You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Purchasing and bring solid experience in tactical procurement within construction, installation services or FF&E.
You are a strong negotiator with analytical skills, entrepreneurial thinking and the ability to translate business needs into effective sourcing strategies.
You communicate confidently in French and German (C1 level), work comfortably in English (B2), and are willing to travel regularly across Europe (around 50%).
