In this key role within the Operational Finance Tourism CPE team, you support financial steering across the French scope while working closely with international head-office teams in Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, and France. You act as a true business partner, delivering insightful financial analysis, supporting the planning and control cycle, and strengthening reporting and internal control processes. 

Your Daily Impact 

• You manage business controlling activities for head-office departments within the French scope, analysing overhead cost centres and the consolidated P&L performance. 

• You deliver accurate reporting, performance insights, variance analyses, and clear recommendations to support strategic decision-making. 

• You contribute to the planning and control cycle, including the annual business plan for France, cash-flow forecasting, and ad-hoc financial analyses. 

• You collaborate closely with French accounting teams, group finance, shared service centres, and international stakeholders to ensure high-quality and timely financial information. 

• You strengthen internal controls, support (semi-)annual audits, and contribute to continuous improvements in financial processes and the AO/IC framework. 

Does This Sound Like You? 

• You hold a Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Economics, or a related field and have at least 4–5 years of experience in business controlling, financial controlling, or a similar role in an international environment. 

• You are fluent in French and English and are comfortable working independently while maintaining strong alignment with remote and cross-country teams. 

• You bring strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of financial controlling and accounting principles, and excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
