In this role, you play a key part in ensuring transparency, quality, and trust in our financial reporting.
Your Daily Impact:
Audit coordination
- Planning, organising and coordinating year-end and interim audits for the BNGF scope
- Acting as primary contact for external auditors
- Ensuring quality, consistency and structure of information delivered to auditors
- Coordinating responses to audit findings and follow-up action
- Production of IFRS accounts in the consolidation system (BFC)
- Creation and monitoring of detailed closing calendars
- Execution and coordination of period closings in SAP
- Preparation, review and validation of: Group reporting packages (statutory and consolidation), turnover reporting (Center Parcs & Real Estate), Cash flow statements and support to forecasts (EBITDA to cash) ,and balance sheet analysis for the CPE perimeter
Ensure strong cooperation with the Group PVCP consolidation team.
IFRS, accounting standards & financial governance
- Act as IFRS and accounting standards expert for BL CPE
- Validation and proposal of accounting schemes
- Documentation of IFRS positions and consolidation processes
- Ensuring alignment and consistency across BNGF countries
Transfer pricing & tax-related topics
- Periodical calculation and documentation of internal flows (royalties, internal commissions, management fees)
- Coordination with Group Tax and local Tax Managers
- Preparation of documentation for tax authorities
Corporate activities, restructuring & dividends
- Responsibility: Financial analysis and accounting treatment of Restructuring & Capital Operations
- Objective: Ensure compliant, transparent and well-documented capital transactions
- Financial analysis and follow-up of restructuring, dividend distributions and capital operations
- Proposal and documentation of appropriate accounting treatments
- Coordination with Legal and Tax departments
Team management
- Direct management of a team of two Reporting & Consolidation Specialists
- Transversal cooperation with the tax team on coordination with local tax specialists
Profil
- Big 4 or equivalent background strongly preferred
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in financial reporting and consolidation
- Experience in an international and complex organisational environment
- Hands-on
- System skills (BFC, SAP)
