Now, as we opened a new chapter with the launch of Center Parcs Nordborg Resort in Denmark, we’re expanding our presence in Scandinavia — and we’re looking for a communicative and service-minded Customer Service Agent (m/f/d) to support our Danish-speaking guests from our European Head Office in Cologne.

Your Daily Impact

  • You advise our guests by maily over the phone, provide information about offers, and actively assist with bookings, changes, or inquiries
  • You manage booking inquiries, answer pre-arrival questions, and provide information about our new Nordborg Resort and other parks
  • You proactively identify sales opportunities to enhance their holiday experience
  • You ensure the smooth handling of reservations, cancellations, and complaints—always with a solution-oriented approach
  • You carefully maintain customer data in the reservation system and ensure that all information is up to date and accurate
  • You support other teams with translations and proofreading for Danish content on our website and social media channels

Profil

Does This Sound Like You?
  • You speak fluent Danish (written and spoken) and can communicate confidently in English or German
  • You bring experience in customer service or other guest relations – ideally from a call center or hospitality environment
  • You’re friendly, empathetic, and know how to turn challenges into positive guest experiences
  • You enjoy working with people, take pleasure in identifying and seizing sales opportunities, and communicate fluently in Danish and either English or German
  • You enjoy working independently, take ownership of your tasks, and stay calm even in busy moments
  • You’re digitally savvy and comfortable working in booking systems and communication tools
